Your privacy comes first.
SecureLineOS is built around a simple principle: your device belongs to you, and your data belongs to you.
We intentionally limit the information required to provide SecureLineOS products, licensing, activation, order processing and support. SecureLineOS is not designed around advertising, behavioural profiling or the commercial use of personal data.
Device content remains on the device whenever possible. SecureLineOS cannot access or recover content that it never receives.
Who processes your information
SecureLineOS is responsible for the processing of personal information described in this Privacy Policy when you use the SecureLineOS website, submit an order, request an activation, renew a license or contact SecureLineOS Support.
Questions or requests concerning personal information may be sent to support@securelineos.com .
Information we collect
The information processed depends on how you interact with SecureLineOS. We may process the following limited categories:
- Order and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, billing information, delivery address, country and order reference where required to process an order.
- License information: Support ID, selected license plan, activation status and license expiration date.
- Support information: information you choose to provide in a support request, such as your Support ID, order number, device model and description of the issue.
- Payment confirmation: information necessary to identify and confirm a payment. Payment providers and financial institutions may process additional information under their own privacy terms.
- Basic technical website information: limited server and security logs may include IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and security events.
SecureLineOS does not require an advertising profile, social login or Google account to place an order or request support.
Information we do not collect
SecureLineOS does not collect, copy or maintain access to the private content stored on your device. This includes:
SecureLineOS Support will never ask you to disclose your device PIN, password, Wipe Token, private encryption keys, messages, notes or other private device content.
What SecureLineOS knows about your device
SecureLineOS licensing infrastructure uses only the limited information required to identify the device for activation, license validation and support.
Support ID, activation and license data
Each SecureLineOS device has a Support ID used to locate the relevant license record when you request support, renew a license or obtain a new activation.
The licensing system may process the Support ID, license period, activation status, issue date and expiration date. This information is used to provide and administer the SecureLineOS service, verify license validity, apply license restrictions and respond to support requests.
A Support ID identifies a SecureLineOS license record. It does not give SecureLineOS access to the personal content stored on the device.
Orders, payment and delivery
When you place an order, SecureLineOS processes the information required to prepare the product or service, verify payment, communicate about the order, arrange collection or shipping and provide customer support.
This may include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, country, selected device, selected license period, delivery method, payment method and order history.
SecureLineOS does not sell order information and does not share order, activation or license-renewal information for advertising or commercial profiling. Information may be disclosed only where necessary to complete the transaction, such as to a payment provider, bank, shipping provider or legal authority where required by law.
SecureLineOS does not receive or store your complete card credentials when payment is handled by an external payment provider. The provider processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
Everything stays on your device
SecureLineOS applications are designed to keep private application content locally on the device. SecureLineOS does not operate a cloud storage system for the private content generated inside these applications:
SecureLine Protect
Protection settings and security configuration remain on the device.
SecureLine Notes
Encrypted notes and note content remain on the device.
SecureLine Voice
Voice settings and locally processed audio are not uploaded to SecureLineOS servers.
SecureLine Support
Device information shown inside the app remains local unless you choose to provide it to Support.
SecureLine App Installer
Application packages and installation activity are not stored in a SecureLineOS cloud account.
Because SecureLineOS does not keep cloud copies of this content, SecureLineOS cannot restore it if the device is lost, damaged, reset or wiped.
SecureLineOS Wipe
SecureLineOS includes multiple wipe mechanisms. A wipe may be initiated remotely, manually or automatically by an enabled security protection. The exact trigger depends on the settings and protections configured on the device.
- All user data stored on the device is permanently deleted.
- Local encryption material is destroyed.
- The device returns to a clean, unconfigured state.
- Recovery is impossible under any circumstances.
SecureLineOS cannot restore wiped data because SecureLineOS does not keep copies, recovery archives or cloud backups of private device content. Once a wipe has completed, the deleted content is permanently unavailable.
Website data and cookies
The SecureLineOS website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar local storage where required for security, session handling, form protection, order functionality and user preferences.
Basic server logs may be retained temporarily to maintain availability, detect abuse, investigate technical errors and protect the website against attacks.
SecureLineOS does not use website data to create advertising profiles. If optional analytics or non-essential cookies are introduced in the future, the website and this policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.
Third-party services
Limited information may be processed by third-party providers when necessary to operate the website, receive payment, deliver a package or communicate with you.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers.
- Payment providers, banks and financial institutions.
- Shipping and delivery providers.
- Email and support communication providers.
- Telegram or Signal when you choose to contact SecureLineOS through those services.
- Authorities or professional advisers where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect legal rights.
These providers process information according to their own terms or on behalf of SecureLineOS for a defined operational purpose. SecureLineOS does not authorize providers to use information for unrelated advertising or profiling.
Legal bases for processing
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, SecureLineOS processes personal information on one or more of the following grounds:
- Contract: processing required to handle an order, provide activation, maintain a license, deliver a device or respond to a service request.
- Legal obligation: processing required for accounting, tax, consumer protection, fraud prevention or other applicable legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests: operating and securing the website and infrastructure, preventing misuse, documenting transactions and improving support, provided those interests do not override your rights.
- Consent: where you have been asked to make a voluntary choice, such as accepting an optional non-essential cookie or communication.
Data retention
Personal information is kept only for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including order fulfilment, license administration, support, security, accounting, warranty handling, dispute resolution and compliance with legal obligations.
- License records may be retained while the license or related support relationship remains active and for a limited period afterwards where necessary for documentation and dispute handling.
- Order and payment records may be retained for the period required by accounting, tax and consumer protection law.
- Support correspondence may be retained while the request is active and afterwards where reasonably required to document the assistance provided.
- Security logs are normally retained for a shorter operational period unless an incident requires longer investigation or documentation.
Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
Security of personal information
SecureLineOS applies technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss and misuse.
Measures may include access controls, encrypted connections, restricted administration, logging, infrastructure hardening, software updates and limited data collection.
No system can guarantee absolute security. You should therefore avoid sending sensitive device credentials or private device content through email, Telegram, Signal or support forms.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information held about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion where there is no continuing lawful reason to retain the information.
- Request restriction of certain processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Receive certain information in a portable format where the legal requirements are met.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
- Submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority.
A request may be sent to support@securelineos.com . SecureLineOS may request reasonable information to verify that the request relates to you.
Some information cannot be deleted immediately when it must be retained to comply with legal obligations, establish or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or document a completed transaction.
International processing
Some service providers or communication platforms may process information in countries outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for international transfers, SecureLineOS will use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or rely on the safeguards provided by the relevant service provider.
Children
SecureLineOS products and services are not directed at children. SecureLineOS does not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the website. A parent or guardian who believes that a child has provided personal information may contact SecureLineOS to request review and deletion where appropriate.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when SecureLineOS products, infrastructure, website functionality, service providers or legal obligations change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or an appropriate SecureLineOS communication channel.
